How to Connect Listrak to Quizell

Introduction

The Listrak integration allows you to sync Quizell leads, quiz responses, customer preferences, and product recommendations directly into your Listrak account.

With this integration, you can:

Build personalized email and SMS campaigns
Trigger automations based on quiz responses
Sync quiz leads into Listrak lists
Create advanced audience segmentation
Send more relevant follow-up campaigns based on customer intent

Important: The Listrak integration is available on the Plus plan and above.

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Open the Integrations page

Inside your Quizell dashboard:

Open the left sidebar
Click Integrations
Find Listrak
Click View integration

Step 2: Open the Listrak integration

On the Listrak integration page:

Click Connect in the top-right corner

Step 3: Start the connection process

Click Connect Listrak

You’ll now need to generate your Listrak API credentials.

How to get your Listrak credentials

Step 4: Open the Integrations page in Listrak

Inside your Listrak account:

In the left sidebar, click Integrations
Click New Integration

Step 5: Create a new Email API integration

On the New Integration page:

Find the Email API option
Click Integrate

Listrak will now generate your API credentials.

Step 6: Copy your Client ID and Secret

Listrak will provide:

Client ID
Secret

Return to Quizell and paste both values into the matching fields.

Step 7: Select a Listrak list

After entering your credentials, Quizell will automatically load the lists available in your connected Listrak account. Next:

Select the Listrak list you want to sync Quizell leads into
Click Connect Listrak

Every new lead collected through connected quizzes will automatically be added to the selected Listrak list.

Step 8: Select which quizzes to connect

Once the integration is connected, Quizell will display your available quizzes.** **Next:

Select the quizzes you want to sync with Listrak
Click Save

Only the selected quizzes will send leads and quiz data to your Listrak account.

You can update connected quizzes anytime from the integration settings.

That’s it!

Your Listrak integration is now connected.

Quizell can now automatically sync quiz leads and responses directly into your Listrak account.
