How to Add Dynamic & AI-Powered Content to Result, Thank You and Static Pages

Introduction

Dynamic and AI-powered content allows you to personalize your Result, Thank You, and Static Pages based on how each quiz-taker interacts with your quiz.

With Quizell, you can:

• Show dynamic text or images based on score logic
• Let AI generate personalized copy automatically using quiz insights
• Or fully control the experience by defining your own conditions and messages

This creates a more engaging, relevant experience that feels tailored to every user — without extra manual work.

What’s the Difference Between Dynamic Content and AI Text?

Before getting started, it’s important to understand the two approaches available.

Dynamic Text & Dynamic Images (Manual Logic)

• You define conditions (for example, based on score ranges)
• You control exactly what text or image appears
• Ideal when you want full control over messaging

⚡ Note: Manual dynamic content works only with score logic.

AI Text (Automated & Smart)

• AI reads:

➤ Quiz questions
➤ User answers and logic
➤ Quiz results context

• Automatically generates personalized text for each quiz-taker
• No need to manually define conditions

AI Text and Dynamic Text are separate elements, so you can use either one – or both – on the same page.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Step 1: Open the Result, Thank You, or Static Page Editor

1. In your Quizell dashboard, go to Quizzes
2. Find the quiz you want to edit, click the ⋮ menu on its card and select Customize
3. Below the page preview, select the Result Page

4. In the right panel, under Select a result page type, choose your page type:

• Product Recommendation – with a Product Page and a Thank You Page (shown when there are no product matches)
• Static Page

Step 2: Add a Dynamic Content Element

In the right panel, under the Content tab, click Add Content. You can add:

• AI Text and Dynamic Text (under Content)
• Dynamic Image (under Media)

Once added, the element appears on your page. Use the up and down arrows on the element (or drag it in the content list) to position it.

Step 3: Use AI Text (Recommended for Fast Personalization)

1. Click the AI Text element in the content list
2. On the Prompt tab, write an AI Prompt that describes the tone or focus you want (up to 350 words)
3. The AI will automatically generate content using:

• Quiz structure
• User answers
• Quiz logic and intent

📌 This is the fastest way to create personalized result messaging — no conditions required.

Step 4: Use Dynamic Text with Conditions (Optional)

If you prefer full control:

1. Add a Dynamic Text element (Add Content > Content > Dynamic Text) and click it in the content list
2. The Conditions tab opens, showing Add Condition and a Default Text field

3. Click the + next to Add Condition
4. Define a rule based on the quiz score (IF Score IS):

• Greater Than
• Less Than
• Equal To
• Range
• Maximum

5. Enter the score value, then under THEN add the text that should appear when the condition is met. You can also use Add personalization here.

Default Text

• Shown when no conditions match
• Useful as a fallback message
• Can also include personalization tokens

Step 5: Style Your Content

Use the Style tab to:

• Adjust font, size, and colors
• Control spacing and alignment
• Ensure the content matches your brand

This works for AI Text, Dynamic Text, and Dynamic Images.

Dynamic Images

Dynamic Images work exactly like Dynamic Text — but visually.

1. Add a Dynamic Image element (Add Content > Media > Dynamic Image) and click it in the content list

2. Click the + next to Add Condition and define a score-based rule
3. Under THEN, upload the image for that condition (use Replace to change it)
4. Set a Default Image (shown when no conditions match) with Choose Media
5. Use the Style tab to adjust layout and size

Perfect for:

• Visual result states
• Before/after comparisons
• Emotional reinforcement

Important Notes & Best Practices

• AI Text can be used on Result, Thank You, and Static Pages
• Manual dynamic content requires score logic
• You can mix:
