This makes it easy to store quiz answers, personalize marketing, and understand customer preferences directly inside Shopify.

This guide walks you through the complete flow — from enabling the Shopify integration in Quizell to viewing quiz data inside Shopify customer metafields.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Step 1: Open Integrations in Quizell

1. Log in to your Quizell dashboard.
2. Click Integrations from the left sidebar.
3. Locate Shopify and click View integration.

Step 2: Open Shopify Integration Settings

1. On the Shopify integration page, click Manage in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Enable Quiz Sync Under Meta Fields

1. In the Manage Shopify modal, open the Meta Fields tab.
2. Enable the toggle for the quiz you want to sync with Shopify.

Step 4: Collect Customer Email in the Quiz

1. Add or use an Email collection step in your quiz.
2. Enter an email address during quiz completion.
3. Click Next to submit the quiz response.

Step 5: Open Customers in Shopify Admin

1. Log in to your Shopify admin.
2. Click Customers from the left sidebar.
3. Select the customer created from the quiz email.

Step 6: Open Customer Metafields

1. Inside the customer profile, scroll to the Metafields section.
