How to Integrate Calendly with Your Quiz.
Introduction
With Quizell’s Calendly integration, you can seamlessly schedule meetings, demos, or consultations directly within your quiz.
This feature allows you to:
- Capture and qualify leads in one step
- Automate meeting scheduling
- Ensure every interested user books a time before proceeding
When embedded, participants must complete the Calendly booking before moving to the next quiz page — helping you convert leads into confirmed meetings effortlessly.
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
Step 1: Open the Quiz Editor
- Go to your Quizell Dashboard.
- Select the quiz where you want to add Calendly.
- Click Editor in the left-hand menu to open the quiz builder.

Step 2: Add the Calendly Block
- Navigate to a Lead Page in your quiz (Calendly can only be added on lead pages).
- From the left toolbar, drag and drop the Calendly block into the quiz page.
- The block will appear as a placeholder in the editor.
💡 Note: The actual Calendly scheduling interface will only appear in Preview mode — not inside the editor.

Step 3: Configure Your Calendly Settings
- In the Calendly Settings panel, paste your Calendly URL — for example:
https://calendly.com/yourname/demo - (Optional) Add UTM parameters (e.g., utm_source or utm_campaign) to track where bookings originate.
- Adjust height, padding, and layout to match your quiz design.

Step 4: Pass Name and Email Automatically
If your quiz collects user details — such as Full Name and Email — before the Calendly step, Quizell will automatically send this information to Calendly.
💡 This means leads won’t need to re-enter their details during booking, creating a smoother experience and maintaining consistent data.
Step 5: Preview and Test Your Quiz
- Click Preview in the top-right corner of the editor.
- Book a meeting using the Calendly embed to confirm everything works correctly.
- You’ll notice that users cannot move to the next page until they schedule a meeting — ensuring every qualified lead completes the booking process.
Tips for Best Results
- Keep it simple: Use clear instructions above the Calendly block (e.g., “Book your free demo below to continue”).
- Pre-fill lead info: Always include name and email fields before the Calendly step for a smoother experience.
- Optimize for mobile: Test your quiz preview on both desktop and mobile to ensure Calendly fits well on all screen sizes.
