How to Integrate Calendly with Your Quiz.

Introduction

With Quizell’s Calendly integration, you can seamlessly schedule meetings or demos directly inside your quiz. This feature helps you capture leads, qualify them, and book calls without ever leaving the quiz experience.

When embedded, users won’t be able to proceed to the next quiz page until they’ve scheduled a meeting — ensuring every lead books a slot before moving forward.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

1. Open the Quiz Editor

1. Go to your Dashboard and open the quiz where you want to add the Calendly integration.
2. Click Editor on the left panel.

2. Add the Calendly Block

1. Make sure you at the "Lead Page"
2. From the left toolbar, drag the Calendly block into your quiz page.
3. The block will appear as a placeholder in the editor.Note: The Calendly embed will only be visible in Preview mode.

3. Configure Your Calendly Settings

1. In the Calendly settings panel, enter your Calendly URL (e.g., https://calendly.com/yourname/demo).
2. Optionally, you can include UTM Source and UTM Campaign parameters to track where bookings come from.
3. Adjust the height and padding as needed to fit your design.

4. Pass Name and Email Automatically to Calendly

If your quiz collects the Full Name and Email before the Calendly step, these details will automatically transfer to Calendly’s booking form — saving your leads time and ensuring consistent data capture.

5. Preview Your Quiz

1. Click Preview to see the Calendly embed in action.
2. You’ll notice that users can’t move to the next quiz page until they book a meeting.
