How to Use Quizell's Product Match Feature

Introduction

The Product Match feature in Quizell helps you connect quiz answers to products, so your customers receive personalized recommendations based on their responses. This creates a tailored shopping experience that boosts engagement and conversions.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Step 1: Access Product Match

Go to Quizzes in the left-hand menu and click the quiz you want to edit. It opens in the quiz editor.

Step 2: Assign Products to Quiz Answers

In the editor's left-hand menu, click Settings, then open the Product Match tab.
For each answer, click Manage Matches.
Select the products you want to link to that answer.

💡 Tip: Be specific with your matches to ensure the most relevant recommendations.

Advanced Matching Options

Instead of assigning products one by one, you can also match using the tabs in the Manage Matches popup:

Understanding the Scoring System

When users answer questions, points are assigned to the products linked with those answers.

Each matching answer adds 1 point to the associated product.
On the Results Page, products are ranked by total score:

✅ The highest-scoring product appears first.
✅ Other matched products follow in order of relevance.
✅ You can control how many products are displayed in the results.
