How to Use and Customize the Thank You Page

Introduction

The Thank You Page in Quizell acts as the final step of your quiz. Unlike the Result Page, it doesn’t display product recommendations. You can use it in two cases:

✅ When you intentionally guide users to this page as the quiz conclusion.

✅ When no products match the user’s quiz results (they’ll be redirected here automatically).

This guide shows you how to configure and customize your Thank You Page effectively.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Step 1: Access the Thank You Page Editor

In your Quizell dashboard, open the quiz you want to edit

Open the Result Page editor.

Under Product Recommendation, choose Thank You Page as the Page Type.

Step 2: Configure Your Thank You Page

In the left-side menu, click Page Settings to adjust settings like background color and padding.

Click on any element to edit its content and appearance.

Click any element in the left-side menu to add it to your page.

Step 3: Add Elements to Your Thank You Page

You can add different elements to create a more engaging page:

1. Side/Background Image

Upload an image, choose from gallery/Unsplash, or embed a link.

Adjust position, width, and opacity.

Adjust the focus point.

Other Options:

Flip Image: Horizontally flips the image.
Separate Mobile Image: Add a different image for mobile view.
Display Options: Toggle display for desktop or mobile devices.

2. Edit or Add Text

Edit main text: Update the message, font, alignment, and spacing.
Add extra text fields if needed.
Dynamic Text (Advanced): Show personalized messages that change dynamically.

3. Add Inline Images

Inline Image (Default): Embed images directly in the content with size and styling controls.

Dynamic Image (Advanced): Display different images based on quiz results.

4. Add a Button

Customize button text (e.g., “Restart Quiz” or “Shop Now”).
Adjust size, alignment, colors, and borders.
Choose a Click Event between Restart Quiz, Open Redirect Link in New Tab, and Open Redirect Link in Current Tab.

Toggle social icons for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, or Pinterest.
Add your links and adjust icon size, color, and alignment.

6. Add a Script (Advanced)

Insert custom JavaScript for advanced customization.
