How to Receive Email Notifications for Quiz Completions

Introduction


Want to get notified every time someone completes your quiz? With Quizell, you can automatically send submission alerts to your team — ensuring no lead, response, or inquiry goes unnoticed.


Follow the steps below to enable email notifications in just a few clicks.


Step-by-Step Setup Guide


Step 1: Open Your Quiz Settings


  1. Log in to your Quizell dashboard.
  2. Go to the Quizzes section.
  3. Select the quiz you want to receive notifications for.



Step 2: Navigate to Notifications


  1. In the left-hand menu, click Configuration.



  1. Under the Configuration panel, select Notifications.



Step 3: Add Notification Emails


  1. In the Notifications panel, find the Receiver Email field.
  2. Enter the email address(es) that should receive the notifications.
  3. To add more recipients, click + Add one more and enter additional emails.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.



Tips for Best Results


  • Send a test submission

Submit your quiz once to ensure all notification emails are being delivered correctly.


  • Use a shared inbox

Consider using shared team addresses like leads@yourcompany.com or support@yourcompany.com for better visibility.


  • Keep emails up to date

Update the notification list whenever team members join, leave, or change roles.

If you don’t see the Notifications tab, check your plan or visit the pricing page.


  • Notifications are sent instantly as soon as a user completes the quiz.
