How to Use Quiz Scores in Your Emails
Introduction
With Quizell’s Scored Quiz feature, you can segment users based on their quiz scores and send targeted email flows that align with their results. This is a great way to deliver personalized content, recommendations, or follow-ups tailored to each user’s performance. Follow this guide to activate and use quiz scores in your emails.
Step-by-step Setup Guide
Step 1: Activate Quiz Scores in Your Quiz
In the Quizell dashboard, navigate to the Quizzes section.
Locate the quiz you want to edit and and click to open it.
Select Configuration from the top menu.
In the left-side menu, choose Scored Quiz.
Click Enable Scored Quiz to activate this feature.

Step 2: Use the Quiz Scores in Your Email Flow
In the Email Flow section, find the flow where you want to use quiz scores for segmentation.
Click the three dots next to the flow and select Edit.
In the Flow Editor, click the Trigger Box to modify the trigger settings.
Change the trigger from All Quiz Leads to Specific Leads.
In the first dropdown, select By Score instead of By Segment.
Click Add New Score Range and configure the following fields:
· Name: A label for the score range (e.g., “High Scorers”).
· Quiz: Select the relevant quiz.
· Minimum Score: The lowest score that qualifies for this range.
· Maximum Score: The highest score that qualifies for this range.
Ensure the newly created Score Range is selected.
Click Done to save your changes.
🎉 That’s it! Your email flow is now configured to use quiz scores for segmentation. This allows you to send tailored content based on user performance, improving engagement and delivering a more personalized experience.
