How to Receive Email Notifications for Quiz Completions

Want to receive an email every time someone completes your quiz? With Quizell, you can set up automatic email notifications to keep your team informed and ready to follow up — no manual checking needed.
Follow the quick steps below to configure your notifications in just a few clicks.
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
Step 1: Open Your Quiz Settings
Log into your Quizell dashboard.
Go to the Quizzes section and select the quiz you’d like to enable notifications for.

Step 2: Navigate to Notifications
In the left-hand menu, click Configuration.

Under the Configuration panel, select Notifications.

Step 3: Add Notification Emails
In the** Notifications** section, locate the Receiver Email field.
Enter the email address where notifications should be sent.
You can add multiple emails by clicking "+ Add one more" and entering the new email address(es).

Save your changes to apply them.
Tips
Test Before Launch: Submit a test entry to make sure emails are received correctly.
Use Shared Inboxes: For better visibility across teams, consider using a shared email (e.g., marketing@ or leads@).
Update When Needed: Be sure to update recipient emails when roles or team members change.
