How to Embed a Quiz in Your Website's HTML Section

Follow these steps to embed a Quizell quiz into an HTML section of your website seamlessly.

Open the quiz you want to embed.
Click on the ‘Share’ tab in the top navigation bar.

2. Select the "Embed on a Webpage" Option

Inside the ‘Share’ section, locate and click on the ‘Embed on a Webpage’ tab.

3. Copy the HTML Snippet

At the top of the page, you’ll see an HTML snippet provided (as shown in the screenshot below).
Click the copy icon next to the code to copy it to your clipboard.

4. Adjust the Embed Settings

Before embedding, ensure that you have selected the correct embed type ( Full Page, In Page, Popup, Greet Bar, or Floating Button).
Customize the embed settings to fit your needs:

Width and Height: Modify the dimensions of the quiz.

Colors and Text: Adjust the design to align with your website’s branding.

5. Paste the Code in an HTML Section

Open the HTML file or section of your website where you want the quiz to appear.
Paste the copied HTML snippet into the desired location within your code.

Tips

Make sure your website's layout supports embedded content.
Test the embedded quiz on multiple devices to ensure proper responsiveness and display.
You can always adjust the embed type from your Quizell account, and it will be updated on your website, where you embedded the HTML.
