How to Collect Feedback through Quizell
Introduction
Collecting feedback using Quizell helps you understand customer satisfaction and improve your products or services. You can easily add rating pages to your quiz and view responses in your customer panel. Follow the steps below to collect and view feedback.
Step-by-step Setup Guide
Step 1: Open the Quiz You Want to Edit
- In your Quizell dashboard, go to the Quizzes section.
- Click on the quiz you want to edit.
Step 2: Add a New Page for Feedback
- Click the ➕ Add Page button at the end of your quiz flow.
- Select Create Lead Page.
Step 3: Choose a Rating Type
- Choose between Slider Ratings, Scale Ratings, or Star Ratings depending on your preferred format.
Step 4: Customize the Rating Page
- For Scale Ratings, adjust the Scale Number, Block Settings, and General Settings.
- For Slider Ratings, modify the Tooltip, Slider, and Label settings.
- For Star Ratings, configure Rating Label, Star Settings, and General Settings.
- Your rating page will now look like this in the quiz:
Step 5: View Feedback from Customers
- Go to the Customers section in the left sidebar.
- Click Detail next to the customer whose response you want to view.
- In the right-side panel, scroll to the Feedbacks section to view the rating given.
