# How to Make Your Quiz Available in Any Language With AI

## **Introduction**

Offering quizzes in multiple languages helps you reach a global audience, improve user experience, and increase engagement. With Quizell’s **AI-powered Translation feature**, you can quickly generate, review, and manage translations for:

* Quiz slides
* Buttons and navigation
* Validation messages and notifications
* Product-related content

This guide walks you through the** translation flow**, from enabling translations to reviewing and publishing them.

## **Step-by-Step Setup Guide**

### **Step 1: Access the Translation Section**

1. Open the quiz you want to translate from your **Quizell dashboard**.
2. In the left-hand menu, click **Settings**.

3. In the top settings bar, select **Translation**.

### **Step 2: Add Your Default Language**

The default language is the primary language your quiz is written in.

1. In the Translation panel, click **Add Default Translation**.

2. Select your default language (for example, English).
3. Click **Add Translation**.

Once added, your default language will appear labeled as **Default**.

### **Step 3: Add Additional Languages**

To make your quiz available in more languages:

1. Click **Add Language**.

2. Select the language you want to add (for example, French).
3. Click **Add Translation**.

You can repeat this process to add multiple languages, depending on your plan.

#### **Language Limits by Plan**

* **Free**: Default language only
* **Lite**: 1 additional language
* **Plus**: Up to 3 languages
* **Pro**: Up to 9 languages
* **Enterprise**: Custom limits

### **Step 4: Generate and Preview Translations**

After adding a language:

1. Click on the newly added language.
2. Select **Translate** to generate translations using AI.

This opens the **Translation Preview** window, where you can review content side by side.

### **Step 5: Review Quiz Slides Translations**

In the **Translation Preview** modal:

1. Make sure **Slides** is selected at the top.
2. Review each quiz slide, button, and label.
3. Edit any text directly if needed.
4. Click **Save Changes** when finished.

💡 **Tip:** AI translations are a great starting point, but we recommend reviewing tone, terminology, and brand voice before publishing.

### **Step 6: Review Notifications & Validation Messages**

To translate system messages:

1. In the Translation Preview modal, switch to **Notifications**.
2. Review validation messages and adjust wording if needed.
3. Click **Save Changes**.

### **Step 7: Manage and Switch Languages**

Back in the Translation overview:

* All added languages appear next to your default language.
* You can add more languages at any time using **Add Language**.
* Each language can be translated, reviewed, and updated independently.

## **Sharing Your Translated Quiz**

Once your translations are set up and saved, you can share each language version of your quiz using Quizell’s built-in sharing options.

### **How to Share a Translated Version**

1. Return to the **Quiz Editor**.
2. Click **Share** in the top-right corner of the editor.

3. In the **Share Your Quiz** modal, open the **Choose from Language** dropdown.
4. Select the language you want to share (for example, French).

5. Choose your preferred sharing method:

* **Full Page**
* **In Page**
* **Pop-ups**
* **Greet Bar**
* **Button**
* **Copy Div & Script**

6. Copy the generated link or embed code and use it on your website, landing page, or campaign.
