# How to connect Attentive to your Quizell account

## **Introduction**

Connecting Quizell with Attentive allows you to automatically sync quiz leads, segment customers based on their answers, and trigger highly personalized SMS campaigns.

With this integration, you can turn quiz responses into actionable marketing data — helping you increase engagement, conversions, and customer retention.

## **Step 1: Go to the Integrations Page**

In your Quizell dashboard:

* Click **Integrations** in the left-hand menu

* Browse or search for **Attentive**
* Click **View Integration**

## **Step 2: Open the Attentive Integration**

Inside the Attentive integration page:

* Click **Connect** in the top-right corner

This will start the connection process.

## **Step 3: Connect Your Attentive Account**

You will be prompted to connect Quizell to your Attentive account.

* Click **Connect Attentive**

You will then be redirected to Attentive to authorize the connection.

## **Step 4: Authorize Access in Attentive**

In Attentive:

* Review the permissions requested by Quizell
* Click **Authorize**

This allows Quizell to send quiz data (such as emails, phone numbers, and responses) to your Attentive account.

## **Step 5: Retrieve Your Attentive Sign-Up Source ID**

After authorization, you’ll need to connect a **Sign-Up Source ID**.

In your Attentive dashboard:

* Go to **Sign-up units**
* Locate the Quizell sign-up unit
* Copy the **Source ID** (a numeric ID shown in the table)

## **Step 6: Complete the Connection in Quizell**

Return to Quizell:

* Paste your **Attentive Sign-Up Source ID** into the required field
* Click **Connect Attentive**

Your integration is now fully configured.

## **Step 7: Select a Quiz**

You will be prompted to select which quiz to connect:

* Choose the quiz you want to sync with Attentive
* Click **Save**

## **🎉 That’s it!**

Your Attentive account is now successfully connected to Quizell.

You’re ready to start capturing leads, syncing customer data, and powering personalized SMS campaigns directly from your quizzes.

## **What Happens Next**

Once connected, Quizell will automatically:

* Sync new quiz leads into Attentive
* Send customer data (email, phone, responses)
* Allow you to create segments based on quiz answers
* Trigger SMS flows based on quiz outcomes

* Use quizzes to capture phone numbers and emails
* Segment users based on quiz responses
* Create personalized SMS campaigns in Attentive
