# How to Add Product Recommendations to Your Emails

## **Introduction**

Adding product recommendations to your emails is a powerful way to increase engagement, showcase relevant items, and boost conversions. With Quizell’s Email Design Editor, you can insert personalized product blocks and style them to match your brand — all in just a few steps.

## **Step-by-Step Setup Guide**

### **Step 1: Open and Edit Your Email Flow**

1. In your **Quizell dashboard**, go to **Email Automation**.
2. Locate the flow you want to update.
3. Click the **three dots** next to it and select **Edit**.

4. In the Flow Editor, choose the email step where you want to add product recommendations.
5. Click **Edit Email Design** to open the Email Design Editor.

### **Step 2: Add the Recommended Products Block**

1. Inside the Email Design Editor, click the **“+”** icon at the spot where you want the products to appear.

2. From the list of available elements, select **Product**.
3. A product recommendation block will be added to your email.

### **Step 3: Customize Your Product Recommendations**

Use the settings panel to tailor how your product recommendations appear:

* **Total Product Recommendation**
Choose how many recommended products to show.

* **Products per Row**
Control the layout (e.g., 1, 2, 3, or 4 products per row).

* **Button Text**
Customize the call-to-action button (e.g., *Shop Now*, *View Product*, *See Recommendation*).

* **Container Background**
Adjust the background color behind the product block.

* **Padding**
Add spacing around products for a cleaner design.

💡 **Tip:** Product recommendations are based on the user’s quiz results, so make sure Product Match is properly configured in your quiz.

### **Step 4: Save Your Email Design**

Once you’re happy with the layout and styling:

1. Click **Save & Exit**.
2. Review your flow to ensure everything looks correct.
